• We also have a cardio room with the latest models of treadmills, bikes, and elliptical trainers
• Experienced employees and personal trainers to educate on proper techniques to guide you through the gym
• Personal trainers are also available to design a program that is personalised to fit your needs, and supervised every step of the way
• Whether you are looking to build muscle, trim down or just looking to get active, there is something for everyone
